Shipping is determined by finding a balance of cost efficiency and speed. Shipping will be tracked within Canada and the United States to provide us both piece of mind and an estimated shipping time. Usual shipping times are between 2-10 days and I prefer to use courier services when possible.

*International shipping will not be tracked to try and decrease shipping cost for international orders.

• All my yarn photos are taken by me and even though I try my very best to maintain colour accurate photos some difference may occur.
• I recommend hand washing yarn in cold water with like colours as some bleeding may occur.

All in stock items will ship between 1-3 business days. All dyed to order items will be shipped within 15 business days. If there are any delays you will be contacted directly. Sometimes I may need to order more yarn if I do not have enough on hand.
